CROWN I - format and timetable

The Australian Matchplay Championship at Terrey Hills Nov 15-17

(between Monday 12 Nov and Wednesday 14, Nov ATC players may practise at the Terrey Hills course for the subsidised price of $10 per round.)

Wednesday 14, Nov
3pm - Players Rules Briefing.
4pm - Ambrose "Gruesomes" round for players, friends and sponsors.
6pm - Official Welcome BBQ, courtesy Terrey Hills management.(free for players, $20 for friends and family)
8pm - International Test Match, Australia versus the Rest of the World.
8 players per side, singles matchplay. Australian team selected by APPA, Rest of World side selected by FIPPA representative.

Thursday 15, Nov
All players are placed in Pools, men in 4 Pools, women in 2 Pools.
Information about Pools, draw and seedings as well as scoring method will be released before end of October.

9am - first round Pool matches. Shotgun start.
11.30am - second round Pool matches. Shotgun start.

Friday 16, Nov
9am - third round Pool matches. Shotgun start.
11.30am - fourth round Pool matches. Shotgun start.
Mens - top 4 players in each Pool progress to Top 16 sudden death play off. Players 5-8 in each Pool progress to Top 16 sudden death play off for B Division. Others are eliminated.
Womens - top 4 players in each Pool progress to Top 8 sudden death play off. Others progress to B division play off.
2.30pm - Mens Championship Top 16 matches. Mens B Division Top 16 matches.

7.30pm - Official Dinner @ local Terrey Hills restaurant.

Saturday 17, Nov
8am Mens and Womens all divisions Top 8 matches.
10.30am Mens and Womens all divisions Top 4 matches.
1pm Mens and Womens Finals in all divisions.

Sunday 18 and Monday 19, Nov - Rest days.

CROWN II - format and timetable

The Australian Night Championship at Canberra International Nov 20-21

Tuesday 20, Nov.
All ATC players invited to play in Canberra International morning competition.

7.30pm Tee off in groups of three.C and B divisions first.

Wednesday 21, Nov.
7.30pm Tee of groups of three based on scores from previous evening.Lowest scores last.

Thursday 22, Nov. - Rest day.
All ATC players invited to play in Southern Cross morning competition.

CROWN III - format and timetable

The Australian Open Championship at Southern Cross Nov 23-25

Friday 23, Nov.
7.30am Tee off - C and B divisions first.
9.30am - Tee off - 2nd round.

Saturday 24, Nov.
7.30am Tee off - highest scores from previous day first.

7pm - Gala Dinner - Southern Cross club.

Sunday 25, Nov.
7.30am Tee off - highest scores from previous day first.

12 noon - presentations for all divisions at Southern Cross club.
