AUSTRALIAN TRIPLE CROWN 2007 -
the Ultimate Challenge...
The Rules
As a strong supporter of the concept of a set of universal rules for the sport of pitch and putt, APPA has modelled its rules on the latest offerings from FIPPA - the international body for the sport of Pitch and Putt.
At the below link you will find the latest version of the APPA Rule Book. The Australian Triple Crown will be played under these rules.
Players should take note that in international Pitch and Putt the following rules apply...
* Players may only use( and carry) a maximum of three clubs, one of which must be a putter.
* Players must use a tee for playing their tee shot and the tee must be a minimum of 5mm high.
* Players may not change their ball during the playing of a round unless it is lost or damaged.
* Players must use a ball that clearly carries the manufacturers logo and the ball number.
Players will receive a local rules sheet applicable to each course before the event and any supplementary rules information that is required.
